Really like your choices for drawing here - very nice. I thought 'lavatory' referred to the room rather than the sink - which is how we refer to what you drew... ('bathroom', 'water closet' and 'lavatory' the same thing) Hmmmmmm.
In my language, lavatory does mean the room ;) as well... but DH tells me that 'lavatory' is an engineering term for the sink. It makes sense, since the Latin 'to wash' is 'laver' :)
