Chicken...
Saw this chicken in the Baker Creek Heirloom Seeds catalogue- and had to draw it. The photo reminded me of Roz Stendahl's State Fair pictures... that made it irrisistible :)

You've captured an essential rooster attitude (head textures are excellent). I love shapes and colors of chickens and roosters... even bought a book with their photos with the intention of drawing them and got overwhelmed. After practice here, and your inspiration, will try again.
