It's not a whole chair. In fact it is just a chair leg, but I felt that in order to do justice to the beautifully turned 'barley twist' that the leg deserved it's own closeup :)

I was slightly delayed with my artwork after being distracted into drawing ducks one day. The ducks were busy trying to bite my toes, but I got some good studies.
So today I am back at EDM #29- draw something architectural. This is a local restaurant we love, called Cul's Courthouse Grille, in Charles City County, Virginia. They are absolutely DELICIOUS when it comes to the food and the ambience of the historic house and the courthouse just across the road cannot be beaten!!

Not precisely an appliance... but it works ;) DH was using the jack to flush the transmission... I took the opportunity (in 100 degree heat which I did NOT appreciate LOL)

So I went out to the garden to pick a jalapeno and two sungold tomatoes. They are ripening on my garden plants now- although I think I may have another hornworm!
I had difficulty getting the backlit tomatoes to work well... and this paper doesn't seem to like layers of washes.
